What can you say about an agent who shows up at your house every morning before starting his day and ends each day by stopping by to verify that the house is buttoned up before going home to his? From our first meeting, Ben was enthusiastic about the prospects for our house and it’s marketability. What other agents called “dated”, Ben saw potential with easy, subtle changes; where other agents avoided meetings, Ben came over with a beer or two; and what others saw in our basement as an “every home has one”, he was ecstatic about the possibilities that our rec room, wine cellar, craft room and woodshop had to offer a growing young family. Ben knew exactly how to show our house to accentuate the features that we put our heart and souls into for almost 30 years. Ben new innately how to maximize the power of the MLS and salesmanship to make the best deal for us ands our buyers. Ben went above and beyond to make sure we had the help we needed, from making unsolicited runs to Home Depot to get storage/moving bins for us to finding homes for extra items for which we no longer had need. Ben’s network of good friends and colleagues made temp storage a piece of cake. He used it to help us secure a last minute painter for the minor jobs for which we didn’t have time and even succeeded in obtaining full service staging company to help us show our home in its best light. We couldn’t be happier with the service, guidance and results that Ben Mello and his support team at Verani Realty provided us—from our initial contact with him through to our closing. His positivity was simply energizing. You’d be hard pressed to find better!
